One of the most efficient and the important feature of email is that it showcases the date and message tracking. But sometimes, this can be the thing that users want to hide or play with the date or message tracking by backdating the emails to that it will appear as sent earlier than its actual delivery date. So, if you also want to persuade this thing, you can read this article and get access to it. Here is how to send a backdated email with some ways -

Change the time and date on your computer - On the basic level, you can send the backdated email by changing the clock timing on your PC. You have to change the time you try to stimulate prior to sending the email. You just need to right-click on the clock of your PC and then need to adjust the date and time.

Creating an SMTP server - Apart from the above method, you can change the date and time of your email by the SMTP server. It works easily as all you have to do is to turn on your emails and configure it to send. There are several SMTP servers that avail you to do that rather than windows but you will need a domain for this process.

Using Inspect element to modify the webmail - If you are accessing Gmail or another webmail platform, then you can try the inspect element of google chrome, to temporarily modify the code displaying the email on the screen. Next, you have to take a screenshot of the email as proof of the particular date.

So, if you need to backdate your email for whatever reason, you can follow these steps. However, keep in mind that these methods are far from reliable and will not work in front of the tech-savvy individual.
