If you love fish and you enjoy kebabs, why not put the two together? Fish Kebabs have to be one of the world s best appetizers. They are perfect and easy to make for any occasion. You will need two tuna fish cans, four peeled medium sized boiled potatoes, four mild green chilies, half a bunch of fresh coriander, one sixth bunch of fresh mint, one teaspoon red chili flakes, half teaspoon red chili powder, One pack of chapli kebab masala of your preference, One egg + one teaspoon milk.
Start off with draining all the water from two tuna fish cans. Take out the tuna fish into a bowl and mix with the four boiled potatoes. Chop the green chilies and add it into the mixture. Now add the rest of the ingredients and mix it altogether nicely.
Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk the egg into a thin liquid and add one teaspoon of milk and half a teaspoon of salt. Put this aside for later.
Lather some oil onto your palm and take some mixture into your hands and give it a shape of your choice. Round, long, or triangle. It is up to you. Place all the kebabs on to a tray and dip into the egg mixture you prepared and shallow fry on medium heat. Once it changes into a light brown, turn the kebab on to its other side. When both the sides are fried, it is ready.
