We've all have those few moments before our public speech or class presentation, when our anxiety is at its peak, when we get the sensation that butterflies are just roaming around in our stomachs. This is not something to be ashamed of, researches show that in America approximately 75 percent of the population fears from public speaking. Now the only question left is how to work around and cope with this annoying feeling.
There are many ways to deal with anxiety, it can also vary from person to person. Lets look at a few tips and tricks. The number one and very efficient way to get rid of nervousness is make a habit to breath slowly, in and out, do this a few times and watch the fright disappear. The reason for this is that nervousness is always gained by slow and fast breathes, and if this is not taken care of, it will push you off balance, that is why, before your speech or whatever, remember to take slow and deep breathes.
