Street Dancer 3D is an Indian Hindi dance epic. The film has been released in 2020. The movie is directed by Remo D Souza. Three producers Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar and Lizelle D Souza under the banner of Remo D Souza Entertainment produced the film this year. This musical dance drama is pompous by nature and elaborate celebration of dance has made it popular among dance lovers. Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor acted in the two lead roles.
Apart from that Nora Fatehi, Prabhu Deva, Punit Pathak, acted in the film. Inayat played by Shraddha Kapoor and Sahej played by Varun Dhawan were leaders of two dance teams, Rule Breakers and Street Dancers. Both were great dancers, besides Inayat had a killer look. Both had their own fan clubs. Set in London, the film is about two rival dance groups from India and Pakistan. since the beginning of the movie, we can see that they are competing with each other every time they meet.
To prove their supremacy over another they take part in a dance competition. After much jealousy, quarrel and a lot of dance, at last, a relationship blossoms between these two arch-rivals Inayat and Sahej.
The movie is entertaining. Both Varun has Sraddha proved themselves as good dancers. They have copied Remo D Souza signature dance style excellently. This is Remo s third dance-based film. He presented various types of dance forms like Jazz, Contemporary, Afro, Krump, Locking and Popping, Animation Tutting, Urban and Slow-Mo. Some very polished performers from the world over have appeared in this film.
Canadian Dancer, model and singer Nora Fatehi plays the role of Mia in this film. With her charming look and flawless dancing, Mia has won the heart of the audience and reveals the charm of a glam diva. Dancers turned actors Dharmesh Yelande, Punit Pathak, Salman Yusuff Khan and RaghavJuyal have played their respective role with competence. Last but not the least, is the acting of Prabhu Deva. It is really surprising.
The film is too long. It could have been a little shorter. Moreover, the plethora of songs and dance has sometimes become boring. The movie has been targeted to a short section of audience who are dance lovers. If you are not fond of dance, you may not find interest in the movie.
