The Covid-19 pandemic is an ongoing pandemic which has affected almost every country and killed millions of people. The global health crisis is the biggest challenge for every country. The rate of corona-virus is so high in some countries that citizens are strictly restricted from stepping out of their houses. Amidst all this, here are a few truly blessed countries that have not detected any coronavirus cases yet.
North Korea- Even before this pandemic, the condition of this country has always been like a lockdown as the country has cut itself completely from the rest of the world and is not allowed to share any information with the rest of the world. Luckily, this unfair policy of the autocratic Korean Government has been beneficial for North Korea as they have not had a single coronavirus case yet.
Turkmenistan- Turkmenistan is the least populated country in Asia on the coast of Caspian sea neighbouring Kazakhstan and Iran. The government here also follows autocracy and has a very low rank on human rights. Although the country has severely poor health conditions, no cases of the destructive virus have been found here.
Nauru- Nauru is a very small country in Oceania. The area of the country is so low that you can walk from border to border. Since, it is one of the least visited countries, zero cases of coronavirus have been reported here.
Vanuatu- The country has not reported any corona-virus cases till now. However. Strict policies have been implemented for those coming from overseas. The travellers are not permitted to enter the country if without undergoing quarantine and providing required medical certificates.
The Federated States of Micronesia- With a population of only 115030, this country has had no cases of Coronavirus near it. In fact, the country was quick to implement travel bans and has permanently banned people travelling from China and Chinese citizens.
Apart from these, other Oceania countries like Tonga, Palau, Tuvalu, Kiribati and Samoa have also not reported any cases of COVID-19.
